Project Manager - Saudi Arabia

Our client, one of the largest and most respected Electrical and Mechanical contracting companies in Saudi Arabia specializing in water and power related projects specifically pumping stations, power generation, transmission, and distribution projects now has an immediate requirement for a Senior 

Project Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for running complex programs and projects in addition to:
  • In charge of the designing and developing the project from inception until production
  • Planning and setting project goals and milestones
  • Adopting different risk management strategies
  • Clearly defining requirements and making targets accordingly
  • Defining resources and the schedule for the implementation of the projects
  • Supervising the project engineering team and managing coordination within the different departments
  • Frequently perform team assessment and evaluations.
  • Capable of designing and maintaining project and technical documentation
  • Recognizing areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementing them
  • Making sure all the measures comply with company standards and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years experience in the construction of at least 3 large scale (150 - 300+MW) Power Plants on an EPC Basis as a Project Manager.
  • Last 5 years should be in a similar Managerial Position
  • Must have strong and proven leadership skills
